huge biceps Building muscle is a science in itself combining the targeting of muscles with progresive wieght training and a healthy diet. Today we will focus on three excercises that will help you build huge lower biceps, these are: 1). Seated alternating dumbbell curls. 2). Close grip preacher bench curls. 3). one arm dumbell preacher curls. The main things to remember with curls is that if you dont use a full range of movement, ie extend your arm to full extension then you miss your lower bicep altogether. And the way to hit all of your lower bicep is to allow your wrist the ability to rotate adding a rotating movement to the excercise dramatically increases the effectiveness when targeting the lower bicep. Allways warm up and warm down to cut down on injury. Ok lets begin: 1).At the bottom of the seated alternating dumbell curl you want to rotate counter clockwise so that your palm is almost facing the floor and as you curl rotate clockwise all the way. Remember your not trying to show off your building muscle so you want a wieght that is not to heavy so that you can get a full range of concentrated motion ie, you keep your muscle under equal strain through the whole movement, keep it controled(no swinging and flinging the wieght around) Keep your back straight and dont rock or lean and keep your elbows locked in at your sides.. Do four sets. Do every excercise to failure. 2). For the close grip preacher curls use the ez bar and have your hands as close in as they will go, lean in and lock your body, shoulders and arms into a fixed position. Remember full range of controled movement and do 4 sets to failure 3). With the one arm preacher curls its the same movement but let the arm hang at full extension. Curl as high as your elbow will allow which will be about horizontal. Do four sets all to failure. make sure you boost your diet with a protien supliment to make sure you get everything you need to recover. In no time you will see the difference
